Our own lead generation platform for payment terminals.
Companies in Poland pay POS operators fees nobody has shown them side by side on an invoice in years. We check how much their current terminal actually costs — and show a specific alternative.
Lead gen that's our own, not borrowed. The site was built in plain code (HTML/CSS/JS), event-based tracking through GTM, the form connects with user.com and the POS operator's panel — from lead to signed contract without manual clicking through panels.
What we did
Audit of competitor LPs in the terminals space. Communication strategy (claim, FAQ, layout). Landing page in plain code (vanilla, zero frameworks). Event-based conversion tracking (CF7-like custom event, Consent Mode v2). Google Ads campaign in preparation — ROAS target 3:1.

Operational platform for managing an apartment portfolio.
Short-term rental apartments need 24/7 handling — guests check in, cleaning, repairs, invoicing. We manage the portfolio operationally and technically, on our own platform that pulls together booking channels, invoicing and guest support in one place.
This isn't an outsourced project. Operations and tech sit inside the team — full control over the guest experience and the owner's costs. For external owners we offer the same operation, with full transparency on results.

Brand site for the team managing a portfolio of short-term rental apartments. Production, brand, operations in one process — from sourcing the apartment, through brand and guest service, to settling with the owner.
