In each division we work as if it were the only one. No special treatment for ourselves. Every unit has to hold its own in the market before it joins the rest under one roof.

Speed as courtesy.
We'd rather reply in an hour and show something concrete within a week than promise two months and forget. Speed is a form of respect for someone else's time, not a sign of being young.

Network as capital.
Years of work across four fields added up to one thing: the people we know. Some of them become our next projects. The rest we try to help when they need it.
